We weren't put on this Earth to suffer and cry...

Listening to Claudia just made her angrier. Fucking town! She hated it so much! It would never allow her to get any satisfaction! At least… Not until now.  She was going to kill her this time. And if she came back again, she’d just kill her again. And again. And again. And even if she did it 100 times, that would never amount to the pain Claudia had caused her. She then asked why she was here. Oh, right… She was on a mission here. But like hell she was going to tell her!

“That’s none of your business!” She shouted, her voice echoing throughout the town. She didn’t care if it alerted all the monsters in Silent Hill. In fact, she pretty much forgot about them. She was focused on one thing at the moment and it clouded her judgement. Heather prepared herself to lung forward to start attacking the helpless Priestess but…

But something large and horrendous got in her way.

Leonard.

Heather looked up at the familiar, disturbing face that the monster bared. Her face went from unfathomable rage to horror. She knew that he was around but remembering the first battle she had with him… He was NOT an easy foe to beat. Then again… Right now he was out of his element. Most of the fight was him being under water and getting him to surface. But now he was completely exposed. She could hit him at any time. And he could do so to her. She contemplated her choices here… She could make a run for it. Leonard wasn’t exactly a fast monster. But Heather could lose her chance for revenge. Or she could stay and fight him to get to Claudia. There was a possibility that she could lose… She didn’t have as many weapons as she had before. But without there being water around them for him to slither under, she wouldn’t need guns. She’d merely have to beat him with the pipe. Plus she could always make a break for it if things got too out of hand… She planned to stay. It’s not like he was “god” or something.

… Wait… Was he smiling at her? How could he even do that?!

“So, Heather, now that you know how this town works, would you like to test it?”

“Sure Leonard!” Heather said with a smile, narrowing her eyes. “We’ll see how many times this town is willing to bring you two back!”

And with that, Heather ran at Leonard, her pipe held high above her shoulder, preparing to take a hard swing at him. She was going to hit him with everything she had!

Claudia couldn’t have been more thankful that her father stepped in. She saw Heather about to lunge , but then her father stepped in.

In the corner of her eye Claudia noticed a Medical Kit on the sidewalk. She loved how convenient this town was. She slowly moved towards the sidewalk, trying to make it look like she was trying to get out of the way. She gets there and uses her skirt to cover the kit. She slums down and retrieves the kit.

“Finally, now I can properly dress my wound. Then it’ll heal faster.” He wound was healing a little bit, but it hurt like hell.

She kept an eye on Heather and her father. She didn’t want to sneak attack from Heather. She quickly started to dress her wound while Heather raised her pipe.

“We’ll see how many times this town is willing to bring you two back!”

“Silly girl you’ll waste your time and what’s left of your youth,” Claudia thought. It made her happy that she didn’t have anywhere near as much anger as Heather. Anger lead to fixation on something or someone and leads to wasted time.

She was almost done with her foot; knowing that she would have to step in the fight. She might of hated her father in life, but that was slowly disappearing with the rise of danger in the air.

Heather ran at him, pipe raised. Did she really think it was going to be that easy? Leonard almost laughed. Sure, there wasn’t water to hide in this time, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t still exceptionally hard to kill. He blocked the blow with a claw, and tried to knock the weapon off to the side.

If he could disarm Heather, the fight would definitely be in their favor. He didn’t want to kill her. Not yet. His current plan was to distract her while Claudia tended to her wound. That seemed like the best idea.

Heather was a tenacious one all right. Was she really willing to kill them an infinite number of times? What an incredibly foolish idea. Oh well. He’d play along with her delusions for now.

He clapped his claws together mockingly. “Well done, Heather. Well done…But you’ll have to try harder than that.”

Heather’s rage practically drowned out Claudia’s comment. She didn’t really give a shit to what she had to say. All she knew was that she wanted these two DEAD. Mostly Claudia, though. Leonard was just in her way. As soon as she swung her pipe, Leonard lifted his claws to block his softer areas. The blow didn’t even hurt him. Her hit rebounded off of his bony nubs and caused her to take a step back, which gave Leonard an opening. And he took it.

Before Heather even knew it, the pipe was knocked out of her hands, landing somewhere in the distance behind her. She quickly looked behind her to see if she could see where it landed but it was a no-go. The fog was much to thick for her to see much of anything that was anywhere near them. She then looked up at Leonard, taking a couple more steps back as he mocked her.

“Well done, Heather. Well done…But you’ll have to try harder than that.”

“If you say so!” Heather growled as she reached into one of her vest pockets, pulling out her handy-dandy handgun. She didn’t bring too many bullets with her but she could spare a few on Leonard until she got her pipe back. She lifted it up with both hands and took aim, pulling the trigger. The first bullet was unleashed. And then another one. And another. With every shot, she took another step back away from the horrendous monster. She peeked around her from the corners of her eyes in search of her pipe. Ugh, where was it?! She NEEDED it more than ever now!

Heather shot about five bullets before turning her back on Leonard to try to make a run for her pipe even though she had no idea where it went. If she could get it before Leonard got her, she would stand a better chance against him. She could block his moves and conserve ammo. But that’s only IF she got it back… She frantically searched the area that had once been behind her. C’mon, C’MON! Where is it?! If she didn’t find it soon, who knows how long she’d last against him…

Claudia slowly got to her feet, flinching a bit when pressure was applied to her leg. She faced Heather, making note of every facial movement she made, and said

“How am I alive? Well, nothing truly dies here. Whatever dies is reborn again. It happens to every human and every creature. Any dog, any numb body, my father, Vincent, anything will be reborn. It’s like being in Sheol, in reference to the Christian faith. Here is the place of waiting before paradise is complete.

Why are you here? You didn’t die…at least not to my knowledge.”

Claudia saw tears starting to stream down Heather’s face. This isn’t good.

Her foot was bothering her and she would be a bit slower in hand to hand combat, though she could use her telekinetic powers, it was exhausting.

‘If my father truly loves me, he would help me. I hope….’ she thought.

He could sense the rising tension in the air. Heather was ready to do anything. Anything. And Claudia was right in her path. Claudia was injured, he could tell from the way she was precariously standing. And her powers would be nearly useless against an angry girl who had nothing left to lose.

He knew he had to do something. Claudia might have betrayed him, ruined him, and hated him, but she was still his daughter. And now she was in danger.

Leonard moved forwards, stepping in front of Claudia. He looked Heather straight in the eyes. The eyes that had watched as she beat him, shot him, killed him. He felt the skin over his mouth stretch as he smiled. The voices in his head screamed for blood.

“So, Heather, now that you know how this town works, would you like to test it?”

Claudia peeked out from the alley and saw the shadows coming closer. They didn’t seem monster like, but she couldn’t tell.

She heard the two figures whispering, but it was hard to hear. The only thing she heard was “Run”. She knew that voice and made a split second decision.

Suddenly, the sound of running and Claudia rolled out of the alley. She used all of her force to prop herself up.

“Stop right there Heather.”

————

…That voice. She knew it. She KNEW it! She wasn’t dead! Heather truly tried to keep herself running but knowing that bitch was alive for sure now… This could be her last chance to actually get the revenge she wanted. Besides, Leonard wouldn’t care. After how he talked about killing Claudia over the phone, he’d probably thank her. Though it was still a mystery as to why he hadn’t taken care of her now… Oh well. She stopped dead in her tracks and kept her back facing Claudia for a moment. She then looked over her shoulder and could faintly see her face in the fog.

“… How…?” Heather muttered as her eyes narrowed, eyes burning with nothing but hatred. She quickly turned to face Claudia, tears welling, shouting with all her might. “HOW?! How can you still be alive?!”

She had to know this first before getting to the inevitable kicking and screaming. But… How was she going to kill her? Well, not quickly, that’s for sure! Having the NERVE to come back to life after everything she had done… All the pain she had caused. However, even through her rage, she wondered how mad her Dad would be for thinking like this… Wanting to slowly kill someone. Well, she wouldn’t go TOO slow… Maybe she’ll just beat her to a pulp with her pipe. That would do just fine. Even though that would never add up to the amount of suffering she put Heather through. Nothing ever could…

A couple tears ran down her face as she remembered everything that had happened… How could this be possible…? Why couldn’t she ever win? Would this just be a never ending cycle?! Questions upon questions kept filling Heather’s head as she waited for a response. If she didn’t get an answer soon, she would beat it out of her. Heather’s body trembled and her fist clenched as hard as it could on the pipe she carried, preparing herself for anything. After all… Heather may become unpredictable if her anger continued to fester within her.

Now, the question was… Where are they now…? They needed to find a street sign.

“Hey Travis, let me know if you see any street signs. We need to get our bearings if we’re going to get anywhere,”

He felt about the same as she did about not re-visiting landmarks he’d been to…

They walked for what seemed like forever… It almost seemed like they weren’t going anywhere. Just going on and on without making any progress. God this sucks hard core. It just wasn’t fair…

“Hey, look,”

Heather’s depressing train of thought was cut off by Travis’ voice. She looked over at him to see him pointing up at something. Her gaze followed to where his attention was and saw a street sign. It read “Munson”. Heather stuck her nose back into the map, looking for a street by that name. When she found it, she sighed with relief. Oh thank God, they were a stones throw away from where they needed to go. Actually… They were closer to the hotel then the strip club. Maybe they should stop by there first to see if there’s anything. And even if there’s not, perhaps she can get Travis to sit his ass down for a bit. He had to conserve SOME of his energy…

“Good work. Let’s start heading… That way,” Heather pointed northward, up Munson Street. “We’re gonna hit the Inn and try to scavenge something there.”

She pulled her nose back out of the map, folded it, and put it right back in the same pocket she had originally pulled it out of. The less things she had in her hands, the better. This street would take them right to Nathan Avenue, which she was familiar with. All they needed to worry about now was monsters which shouldn’t be too big of a problem… Well, for HER anyway. Can’t say the same thing for Travis over there… Getting himself into trouble could prove to be pretty bad. But he wouldn’t listen to her even if she beat him over the head. Stubborn bastard…

Heather kept her ears open for any sound of monsters. But there was nothing. The air was just so empty… All that was there was the silent fog. Ugh, this ominous silence was bugging her… She would make a conversation but that could draw attention to themselves. Though it didn’t help that the clicking of their shoes against the pavement was echoing pretty loudly. So far so good though… And even if they were quiet, they were probably gonna end up running into something at some point. That’s just the way Silent Hill worked.

“Stupid town…” Heather mumbled to herself. She looked up to see if she could see anything she recognized. No, not yet. But she was pretty sure that they were close to drawing towards the next street. God, what was it called…? … Katz Street? Something like that. At that moment, Heather thought she heard a voice. Hm? She stopped dead in her tracks and listened carefully. It was just a bunch of deep mumbles now but there was definitely a voice… Maybe two. She couldn’t tell. Did someone else magically end up here like Travis? Only one way to find out…

“You hear that, Travis?” She asked in a whisper, staring out into the fog, beginning to walk towards the voice. She grasped her pipe in both hands, preparing herself just in case. “Let’s go check it out.”

As they got closer, the voices started to become more and more clear. But it was almost like the fog was drowning them out… Even then, however… There was something about these voices…

(Op, I forgot to put this! To those who do not know, this RP will be conjoining with Leonard and Claudia’s! Just making sure everyone knew that…

“God gave it to me! I was it’s rightful Guardian! That brat took what was rightfully mine!”

He glances in the direction of the footsteps.

“Claudia, were you expecting anyone?”

“Yes yes father. God gave you of all people the Seal.”

Claudia shifted her eyes to the wall and sighed. If he goes after Heather this could end very badly. She doesn’t know her father anymore and Heather is, well, Heather.

She cleared her mind and focused on her father’s question.

“Of course, I’m not expecting someone. I’m trying to find Heather. I greatly doubt she’d agree to meet me anywhere if I begged her too. If she heard my voice, those footsteps would be going in the opposite direction,” she said in a dry, sad voice.

Claudia shifted herself so her back was against the wall and she sank to the ground; laying her legs out straight and crossed them to keep her injured foot off the ground. The words she said stung a bit and she let what left of her guard down.

“For all we know, those footsteps are of a monster.”

Leonard tilted his head, keeping track of his daughter’s movements while still tracking the noise of the footsteps.

His limited sight was only good for spotting motion, but scent and hearing more than made up for it. And those didn’t sound like the soft shuffling of any monster he knew of. It sounded more like two pairs of shoes, in his opinion. And there were two vague scents…

“Claudia,” he said abruptly, “I don’t think that’s a monster.”

If Leonard had any hair, it would have been standing straight up. Something was wrong. Very, very wrong.

A low hiss left his throat. Whatever was approaching was most definitely not what Claudia expected. Not at all.

Claudia never heard her father hiss before. It frightened her a bit to hear it. She started to get worried and her heart began to race.

She scooted her self to the edge of the alley and peered in the direction of the footsteps.

She saw two faint shadows coming their way. One was tall the other shorter. These were not monsters.

Claudia gripped the wood she found incase she had to fight.

As the voices became clearer and clearer, the reality of the situation started to set in heavily. You would think that as she started to realize who could possibly be on the other side of this wall of fog that she’d turn around and head in the other direction. Oh no. Heather actually started to pick up the pace towards the sounds. All she could feel is anger and confusion. HOW? That was all that she could ask herself. If she was hearing things right… Shit was about to get real.

Heather stopped just at the mouth of the alley and could hear a deep hiss. She also thought that she saw at least one big shadow. But after that… Silence… She had a bad feeling about this. They knew they were there… But did they know that one of them was her? She just stood there, not making a sound. She barely took in any air. But even then, her body trembled slightly but most of it was in rage, not so much fear. No… They can’t be alive. NO. There was no sense in this. And there is no way in Hell that they should be alive. They should be dead. Especially HER!

Everything seemed to just be at a stand-still. Nothing happened, nothing moved.

Heather started thinking of a way to solve the problem that possibly lied ahead of her as quick as she could. Kill them. That seemed to be the easiest solution. However, was she really prepared for a fight like this? Leonard took forever to kill last time. She remembered how exhausted she was by the end… She didn’t think that she could ever kill him. But the biggest problem about this situation was that she didn’t have as many weapons as she had before. She traveled light… Heather only brought her pipe, handgun, and some bullets. She wasn’t betting on being here a long time… Guess that was the wrong choice to make.

Then she remembered that Travis was also a disadvantage to the situation. If he wasn’t injured so badly then maybe they’d have a chance to at least fight him off for a quick get away. But Leonard would tear his arm right off if they tried doing anything to him now. Or worse. Travis, whether he could admit it or not, was weak right now. And Heather regretted coming so close to this alley. Right now there was probably no going back. Well, not without having at least Leonard coming after them. Well, if they were gonna book it, they had to do it NOW. And Heather had to prepare herself to be a distraction… Just in case. Dammit, Travis…

“Travis,” She whispered to an almost inaudible tone, trying to be as quiet as possible, using mostly her mouth movements to communicate. Hopefully Travis could read lips. She then pointed down the road to where they should run. She turned her head towards him, looking the trucker straight in the eye. “And when I say run, don’t try to be a friggin’ hero. You RUN.”

Heather faced ahead of her. Still no movement. That was their que.

“… Run,”

Heather turned her head again to make sure Travis was following.

“C’mon. We need to get you some first aid or something.”

Once she began walking, he immediately followed her, his boots making a faint clomping sound against the pavement. The pipe was still clutched…

Travis had asked her if she had any ideas on where they could get some first aid. Ugh… She didn’t want to have to break it to him but she was gonna have to sooner or later.

“Well, the last time I was here, any first aids or health drinks were inside of buildings,” She pondered for a moment… Hopefully that didn’t mean she had to go into the hospital again. The thought made her shudder but she continued. “So we need to find a building that we can actually get into.”

Heather pulled out her map from the top right pocket on her vest and unfolded it to figure out where they needed to go. She looked around the area that she had been the most familiar with and put her eyes on the hotel her and Douglas had been at, Jack’s Inn. Ok, so that’s where she started… Her eyes dragged along the long road that was known as Nathan Avenue, having flash backs of when she actually ran down it. Alright, there was the gas station that she had turned at to get on Carroll Street. No, she didn’t get into Pete’s Bowl O’ Rama… Then she saw a name on the map that might actually be useful to them; Heaven’s Night.

“Ok, it’s a bit far but I might know a good place to look,”

Heather was pretty reluctant to go to Heaven’s Night with some dude since it was… Well, a strip joint. In fact she was reluctant to go in the first time! She had even forgotten it existed… But she didn’t want to have to go all around town trying to open doors on every single building. It was a waste of time. Plus it was on the way to her destination so this would hopefully be faster… Come to think of it, she didn’t remember there being any monsters either. Perfect! All she could hope was that it was same… And that there were left over things for them to pick up. Now, the question was… Where are they now…? They needed to find a street sign.

“Hey Travis, let me know if you see any street signs. We need to get our bearings if we’re going to get anywhere,”

travis-grady:

rp-heather-mason:

“Are you done yet?” Heather asked, putting her free hand on her hip impatiently. She then started talking with heavy sarcasm. “Being such a strong and daring man, I would think you would have taken care of it already.”

Travis stared down at the young woman, his brown…

Travis tried to stare her down but she only stared right back at him. She wasn’t going to let this jerk try to make her seem incapable of being helpful. To him, she probably just seemed like some weak little girl that didn’t know anything about these monsters. He adjusted his cap and pronounced it dead. Yeah, she figured… It let out that cry that the monsters like to do before they die. Heather let out a heavy sigh and looked around but that wasn’t very productive, seeing as though there was nothing TO see. The fog was still really thick… Well, they weren’t going to get anything done by just standing here.

“Guess we’d better keep moving. If we just sit here, we’re nothing but sitting ducks,” Heather said, slinging her pipe over her shoulder, making sure it didn’t hit Travis as she did so. She looked over to Travis. “Better make sure that your “acts of bravery” don’t get your legs hurt. Or worse.”

She had already had experience with an old man breaking his leg while trying to help her out. The last thing she needed was for something like that to happen again. After her statement, she looked ahead and started walking. No time for lollygagging. As she started walking, Heather created a mental checklist of what she needed to do… First and formost, she needed to get Travis a med kit or something… Even some health drinks would be nice. But, sadly, the last time she was here, there wasn’t much of anything out in the streets. All the goods were inside of buildings… Well, she’d worry about that in a moment. Time to go through the rest of her checklist.

Next was to point Travis in the direction he needed to go. Either he was on a mission to get someone too or just a mission to get out. Maybe she’d borrow him her map once she got into a familiar part of this hell hole and send him on his way. One, there was no need to drag him with her since he could possibly get killed. Two, this was none of his business. Not to mention that he was getting on her nerves. She didn’t want to be in an escort situation. After that she needed to haul ass to the church and see if Douglas was there. If not, she’d turn this town upside down to find him. She was beginning to wonder if this was all a trap… Maybe it was. But she didn’t care. She would fight for Pops. He was most definitely worth it…

Heather turned her head again to make sure Travis was following.

“C’mon. We need to get you some first aid or something.”

Noticing his daughter turning to face him, Leonard smiles, at least internally, “Thank you, Claudia-” He cuts himself of as he notices the large piece of wood she now holds, weapon-like in her hands.

“Claudia? What’s that for?”

Claudia’s forehead creased as she tightened the grip on the wood.

“You never know when you’ll have to face a monster,” she said in a harsh tone.

“What do you want? Why did you chase me down?”

He laughs dryly, “I don’t want anything. I just noticed you and wondered to myself what my wonderful daughter could be up to all the way out here.”

She didn’t know how she felt about the tone her father said “wonderful” in. Was he mocking her? Or did he mean it in endearment?

“Did you really have to chase me down tough?” she said.

“Anyways Heather is around here and I wonder what she’s doing. I heard monsters shrieking and I wanted to see what’s going on.”

Claudia let her guard down a bit and leaned up against the wall to relieve some of the pressure in her foot.

“Well, I apologize if I startled you…And Heather is here, you say?…Just the fragment of Alessa I was hoping to see. Do you know where she is?”

“Well she was around here but I haven’t been hearing her.”

She was sad that she lost Heather, but a question arose.

“Why do you want to see her?”

She effectively killed me and stole the Seal of Metatron from me. I’d like to get it back…And maybe enact a little bit of revenge.”

The beast yowled sharpily when Travis struck it’s head, crashing to the ground, squirming about before pulling its hideous body on all fours and dashed off into the distance, finding a weak point of its prey. It appeared to have disappeared. There was a footstep heard. Then,…

Heather didn’t even bother to say any more to him. She was done and needed to concentrate on the situation. That Double Head was around here somewhere… And she was going to show Travis that she could handle it on her own. She heard the pitter patter of it’s paws and she turned her head towards the source. But before she could even react, it slammed itself into her and knocked her over.

“OOF!” Heather let out as she hit the ground, scrapping one of her arms on the pavement while she tried to save her head from hitting the ground as well. She looked up and saw the Double Head on top of her. It’s two sets of yellow, rotting teeth practically in her face. She was about to try to get the mutt off of her but, of course, Travis had to start beating it’s skull in. And as he did so, the Double Head’s blood got all over. Heather scrambled out from underneath it before so that it wouldn’t collapse onto her. She also wasn’t too fond of the idea of getting more blood on her. She stood up and looked over herself, seeing her white jacket stained ONCE AGAIN with gore. Faaaaantastic.

“Ugh…!” What a fine mess she was getting herself into. She sighed and waited for Travis to be done with his beating spree. Once he was done killing that dog, she was going to kill him! She had it under control! She had killed a couple of them before, but they were small fries compared to other things she had finished off. Who did this guy think he was? Hmph, she was better off on her own… Well, either way, she wasn’t just gonna leave him alone. Even if he was impossible. Until she knew for sure that he could handle himself without the possibility of losing his arm, then they would go their separate ways.

“Are you done yet?” Heather asked, putting her free hand on her hip impatiently. She then started talking with heavy sarcasm. “Being such a strong and daring man, I would think you would have taken care of it already.”

The fog continued to thicken as the footsteps drew closer and closer to Heather and Travis. At first, the being was just a black blur but it could be confirmed that it was a single entity. Upon closer inspection, the being was revealed to be some sort of canid creature….

Oh God… The creature revealed itself and Heather was so pissed to see that it was a monster that she had dubbed Double Head. She immediately lifted her pipe as it started picking up it’s pace, quickly coming closer and closer until finally it pounced at her. She brought her weapon back, ready to strike it with all her might when suddenly someone pulled out in front of her, causing her to almost hit him. She stumbled back a little and looked behind her, afraid that she would stumble on Travis. But he wasn’t there and she came to realize that Travis was the one that had stupidly jumped right in front of her.

“What the-?!” She shouted as he whacked the beast away from them. This made Heather even more angry. When he finished his first hit, Heather shoved him to the side of her and started scolding him. “What the hell, Travis?! Sit your ass back down! There is no way in hell you can fight with your arm like that!”

Heather looked at his arm and it appeared to be bleeding more than before.

“Look! Look what you did to your arm! Do you want to lose it?!” She pointed out angrily. “And what if I had hit you by accident, huh? You’re lucky that I was able to stop myself!”

Idiot! She couldn’t believe him. Why couldn’t he just be like Douglas and let her take care of things? It was just ONE monster. She could handle that. She wasn’t a child. Ugh, men… Whatever. She didn’t have time to deal with him. Surely that monster was going to be coming back for more. She looked over and saw the blood that had come from the beast but the Double Head was gone. She looked around but couldn’t see it. Only hear it. GREAT. This was just perfect… She didn’t even look to Travis as she spoke to him.

“Just let me handle it… OK?” Her tone lowered as she got in a defensive pose, keeping an eye out for the mutt. “I know what I’m doing…”

“What’s your name?” Heather wasn’t big on asking strangers for their names but if she was gonna help him, she may as well know. “Were you really wanting to come to this place? Or did you just wind up out here?”

Upon her earlier request, he slid down to the floor,…

The look in his eyes when he spoke the words “Silent Hill” made Heather’s heart sink a bit. He didn’t want to be here anymore than she did. But it didn’t seem like he had wanted to come back here… Did something bring him here? How strange… From what she knew, people only came here if they had to. But with that look of fear and confusion on his face, he wasn’t expecting to wind up here. She squat down to his level and tried to keep their conversation going so he could keep his mind off of being in his dreadful place.

“Travis, huh? Nice to meet you,” Heather tried to smile to help comfort him but it didn’t last long. His expression and condition just made her sad… She may have just met him but it didn’t look like he belonged here. Then again… She could never really tell what people were like off the bat.

Heather opened her mouth to speak again but was cut off when she noticed that the fog was getting denser. Woah… That didn’t seem good. Followed by the thickening of the fog were bizarre noises… Ones that seemed all too familiar. Slowly, she stood straight up again, clutching her pipe tightly. The noises were drawing closer… Something or somethings were coming towards them and she already knew that they were definitely not human. She turned her front towards the emptiness of the fog, trying to determine where this thing was. As she did so, she backed up a little bit to make sure that she was shielding Travis. He was in no condition to fight. If he tried, his arm could be injured even more so and… Or… She didn’t even want to think about it. She heard rustling from Travis as he reached into his vest for something.

“Don’t move,” Heather hissed sternly at him, her voice hushed. Maybe if they were totally silent, the monster or monsters would pass right on by without even noticing them. But if they could smell them or already knew where they were… God give her strength to defend the both of them. She wasn’t even sure what kind of creature she was up against yet. But surely she was gonna find out soon enough…

[Hey guys, Im alive, just reading these roleplays between Heather n Travis to catch up then jumping in

I may not jump in immediately for the sake of a good story.. but what do you think?

If it’s best to wait, I will be actively reading until then.. maybe I can roleplay as a few monsters until then? Ho ho ho.]

(Hey there! I was hoping you were gonna join that! Though I am unsure when Travis will do another post… Oh well.

You can wait! Showing up right now would definately change everything though. Heather would pretty much be like “WELP WE CAN LEAVE NOW.” But I guess it all matters on whether or not they can even GET out. XD

Playing as monsters for us would be really interesting! I think that can be allowed. What do you think, Travis?)

“Hey!” Heather called as she approached him. “Are you alright? What happened to you?”

He took a look at his wounds. It… It didn’t look like he was attacked by monsters… But what did she know? She waited for him to answer her questions.

A young girl’s voice made him…

As the older dude told his story on what happened, Heather felt horrible for him. That car accident must have been pretty bad if it made him fly out of the vehicle like that… He was lucky to be alive! It was kind of funny… His story sounded kind of familiar… Like a car crash that happened a long time ago… Crazy, huh? He leaned back, letting out a pitiful moan from the pain that must have been coursing throughout his entire being. She frowned as he called his wound “sick”. Yeah, it wasn’t a pretty sight… If she hadn’t been used to gruesome things she might not have been able to look at it directly. …If that thing got infected, who knows what would happen. He needed some sort of health kit… Even a health drink would be able to help to some extent. But Heather hadn’t come across any and… She hadn’t even thought about bringing any with her. How stupid…

“What the hell are you doing here, anyway? Better yet, where are we?” Heather couldn’t help but let out a small laugh… But it was a grim one. She wasn’t too thrilled that she had to break it to him that they were in Hell.

“Sorry, guy, but we’re in good ol’ Silent Hill…” She looked over her shoulder at the seemingly empty fog, making sure there was nothing trying to sneak up on them. Then she looked back at him. She really didn’t like telling strangers what she was up to since it was none of their business so she decided to move around the subject. “From the looks of that wound you got there, I think you had better sit down. You need the rest.”

Heather was unsure if he even knew anything about Silent Hill’s history. If he didn’t… Maybe it was for the best. If he did, God help him. All she really hoped for was for him not to be a crazy cultist. If he was… She sighed. She didn’t think that she’d be able to just leave him there in this state. That would make her a pretty terrible person. But she really wasn’t in the mood for people who followed that ridiculous religion. Guess she’d have to know how crazy he was. Though she still wasn’t sure if he was even like that… Who was she to judge?
